If you are the type of person that prefers rustic and traditional restaurants over fancy ones, this is your tour. A lunch or dinner in a Basque Cider House will give you the opportunity to discover a cozy environment where locals meet to enjoy some of the most traditional dishes of the Basque Country, paired with natural Basque apple cider, of course.

Join us to discover all of the stories behind Basque cider and enjoy a typical cider house menu in one of the more than 38 cider houses spread throughout the villages of Astigarraga and Hernani, without a doubt the two towns with the greatest cider tradition in the entire Basque Country.

Any time or season is ideal to live a cider house gastronomic experience. What are you waiting for to taste cider from different “kupelas” (casks) to the sound of “Txoooootx!!”?
