Basque pintxos cooking class


A hands-on and fun food tour in San Sebastian specially designed for all of you who want to learn how to make the pintxos served in the numerous bars of San Sebastian so that you can enjoy them back at home and surprise friends and family with new flavours.

Held at the private home of a Basque chef, in this cooking class you will prepare six classical pintxos that have marked the history of the pintxos in San Sebastian.

From scratch and with the supervision of the chef, you will learn the cooking techniques used in the kitchens of the most iconic bars of the Old Town of San Sebastian. From the creamy “Idiazabal Risotto” of Bar Borda Berri to the famous “Cheese Cake” of La Viña, you will bring back home all the secrets of our most renown pintxos.
