In this two-day tour we will visit the picturesque villages of the Roncal Valley and Salazar Valley to then head north, make a short ascent of Txamantxoia, and contemplate the most important karst landscapes in Europe located in the Nature Reserve of Larra. In this route through the Navarrese Pyrenees we will admire the rural customs and local gastronomy of towns like Otsagabia and Isaba, and we will learn about the elaboration techniques of the Roncal Valley cheese. To conclude the tour, we will ascend through the Valley of Belagua up to the Stone of San Martin, where every July 13 the famous Tribute of the Three Cows is celebrated.
